Need suggestion for website theme

Hi. I am starting a website which will be for commercial use. site will have sections/tabs like news, recipes, jokes, travel, technology , community etc everything will be for informational use.
are there any themes available for it. for example when we design warez, we always prefer vbulletin,php etc. so if my site contain above information ,What theme would be suitable for it. some people prefer to develop and design their own but I already have a hosting, so i don't want to lose the time. however i will also design on my own. but it will be done later.

You should really look into Joomla. If you go to Warez-bb after it's installed you can find hundreds of themes for Joomla.

Yes Joomla is written mostly in PHP and MySQL. However it has been online for a few years now and it has got a really developed back-end administration panel. I suggest you look into it as it would be easier than coding something from scratch.

My taste != your taste so it wouldn't mean anything. Just browse around till you find something that works for the version of Joomla that you are installing and that you totally like!
