yep Fileserve is the lowest on PPD now but still one of the popular filehosts and paying constantly every week. if they have no plan to change it maybe more uploaders runaway soon. but it is still good to use for backup and leeching some files.

my suggestion to OP: try Filesonic and maybe Filejungle too.
