I need VPS/RDP that can:

1. Let me install program from VPNSECURE.ME - to login a Japanese site to purchase videos.
*If server in Japan, no installation is needed.
2. Fairuse4wm.exe - to remove DRM protection of some videos.
3. Windows Media Player 11 - used in conjunction with fairuse4wm.exe to remove DRM

Let me know the approx. download and upload speeds for different server locations.
