  1. We count every complete download. For any anonymous and free users that download from FileServing, we count one unique file per unique IP every 24 hour period of time. Any user that uses the same IP but downloads two different files will still be counted as 2 downloads.
    For PREMIUM users, we count every one file downloaded per each unique IP every 24 hours. So a PREMIUM user downloading 2 different files with the same IP will be counted as 1 download."
