This is utter bullshit of the highest order! You are set on "available for work" yet you got no time for my work as you are not available at the moment? What's the freaking reason you can't do mine? to much work? Not skilled enough? I demand an answer.

First of all,the work you asked for 8$ is really low budget. No one will do it for sure. I saw you messed Faizann20 Thread too regarding this request. I am available for work who agrees with my prices and conditions. You can't order me as your slave to do anything within your budget. I have enough skills and my 140 client reviews will clearly proof it. So It'll be better If you go some pages back and have a quick look at it. I am not interested in your offer so don't force me for this project. Better luck finding another one.

Designer can refuse to do with you, if he feels he's not paid enough for the task, or he feels he s not skilled enough.
