It's the same as when your parents would say "Don't smoke or you will die". If you smoke you won't die (most likely) but they say that to make it sound more serious and to make sure you won't smoke.

This is the same trick your principal is pulling on you. Warez is illegal and can potentially get you and your parents in a lot of trouble. That's why your school is being so serious about it I think.

I am concern about my site i do not wish to take down unless under certain circumstances. I don't know my principal told me that they receive a call from them i also cant imagine that.

Explain to them that you are an admin and that you do not own the site but help maintain it. So you can tell them that you'll stop maintaining it. After that create a new user on your forum and give the account full admin rights.

erm...yea i also wonder how the music director find out which sch i am on. But i think they track down my facebook. And singapore is small u can find things easily...
@hyperz but problem is they keep blame me on downloading them and reupload to mediafire and i told them i will not do it again. they said is not their problem is the music company want to find u not us. gosh..

How did they find you so easily, thats what you should worry about. When you get involved with the warez scene, you should hide all you personal info...everthing!

Protect your whois info (namecheap does that for free), browse only using a VPN and for heaven sake dont use facebook, myspace or crap like that. Also, don't tell anyone on the internet your real name, don't post any info about yourself anywhere and keep no history on your pc. If you take the right measures you won't be tracked down so easily.
