ok first of all, dont say anything and dont get emotional. I have been in that situation myself.

Only say what you need to, and keep it up that what you do outside of school hours does not concern them.

but well our country(singapore) have serious copyright laws...

Yes i am afraid of getting sue. I am still young i have no money to pay for the fees. I don't wanna get into jail that will ruin my future. Any suggestion what should i do?

Well, If your really this scared.
Just close the site, cancel hosting, etc.
Whatever you do out of school has nothing to do with what you do in school, unless of course you visit your site during school hours.
