    I only have 1 friend that knows what I do on the net, warez etc. All the others I would never tell because it could get out etc. your school can't do shit since your offshore. You didn't even get a DMCA Notice which is the start.

    As others as said they would never contact your school directly, as your hosted offshore you're covered.

    The entire point of hosting your website offshore and having links to content is legal if you dont believe that then you shouldn’t be hosting a "warez" forum.

    Putting the website back online and being the administrator is nothing to do with your school or principle. You're principle is obviously a liar he has fabricated a story about someone contacting him directly to take down your website, your easy submission will fuel his lie, do you really want that?

    While ask school it seems like the teachers and principle are above you, honestly their not. What you do in your free time is your business and no one else's.

    Put your website back online and forget about it.

    Ok thanks for everyone advise. Well my web is hosted on offshore but they told me doesnt mean offshore u can do all this.

    They are still monitoring my site... The problem is i really scare is the music director.
    If it is i will be gone case for sure. Hope that they are just scaring me

    why are you so concerned about this shit??
    i had Madonna and Eminem managers mailing me for providing links to bootleg remixes of their songs and they NEVER mailed a complaint to my hosting company(wich is US based) nor they took further steps... hell, after Eminem manager deleted 2 of my RS links i was able, trough redirection services, to provide the songs with direct download, and they gave up because they couldn't find where the tracks were hosted...
    and that website was hosted free at US...
    and you are concerned about your principal?? i would laugh on your principal face... honnestly...

    just give him the good old STFU... and don't worry about that!!! and above all... BE HAPPY!!!
