Problem in installing rapidleech script in my server

Hello friends i need some help in installing rapidleech script i have install it in my serve http://website-maker.org/leech and i have also change the permission value of following folders/files to 777

files (folder)
configs (folder)
files.lst (file in configs folder)

The script is successfully install but when i tried to transload files it completed successfully but they are not appearing in the file list.

Please help me.
