I have added file4sharing.com, fooget.com and lafiles.com. The updates should roll out within one day if you installed from http://linkcheck.haussmann.biz/ or within one week if you installed via https://addons.mozilla.org/addon/linkcheck/ .

@am1000 freeuploads.fr does not provide any link checker or api, so for now I can not support them
