I eat something like this 6-7 times a day. I vary fish and chicken.

My meal looks very grotesque, but it consists of chicken, lettuce, peppers, cucumbers, onions, broccoli, cheese and ketchup (I usually have a protein shake as well).

i like to eat veggies...m a vegetarian...no eggs and meat....i will post mine a few hours later
