Seems it's hard to find someone willing to talk out a deal on here, which is one trait I look for in a business I plan on recommending to all my IT friends here in sunny southern California.

Let me just put it this way, I don't care about money, I care about who I give it to.

And seriously, whoever does end up finally taking care of me will be taken care of as well in the future, I can 99.9% guarantee more business referrals.

Need good reliable hosting for a project I'm working on right now, willing to pitch in a little extra cash if I can use this as my off-shore work horse too:

Web hosting for basic web apps
PDF Print Server for my clients only.
Minecraft hosting
Video Encoding
Personal Bittorrent
2 IP minimum
1Gbps+
Fast support
Will need more servers later as clientbase grows
ANTI-SOPA/PIPA

Don't care if it's VPS or Dedicated, as long as I'm guaranteed a minimum of 1GB of RAM (The more the better), storage isn't too important if I have unmetered bandwidth. I'm looking for an outstanding deal, sales, service and support.

If I was you I'd head over to wht (web hosting talk) and buy directly from there. I don't think there's a single host on here that owns their hardware, despite what they claim.
