RobustVPS.netUsing a linux distro?
Hey,
Just curious to know is anybody running any Linux distros on there desktop, laptops etc?
I've been running within a Linux server environment for many years now, but never really sat down and played with it at home.. so I installed Fedora.. the whole "user-interface" and speed compared to windows is amazing
Anybody else using one? post your thoughts pictures etc here

ubuntu is really good for beginners. Even my girlfriend, who is a self-confessed PC noob, knew how to use it after half an hour. I'm a fan of KDE so i generally use kubuntu, but opensuse is where its at when im a bit more savvy.

Doing things differently.

I've got xubuntu on dual boot with a stock Win7 on my laptop and i'm starting to prefer the Linux lately.
Just brings something different and it's a nice change i feel.

I've used most of the popular distros and Linux Mint was awesome IMO.
Ubuntu is also better, but Mint is great for me![]()

Just installed ubuntu on my Netbook, it looks sleek... but I'm not liking that Unity thing.
