So i just got few news that there any many members who are hosting warez sites !


They are on off-shore though, what happens if they get DMCA Noticed ?
What If The Web-host gave their Information to Authorities ?

My Question is Will they still get Caught ...

Will you explain the scenario as If you are looking for persons who have hosting based on india or persons from india who get DMCA threat ??

Well, If there hosting datacenter is located in Germany than more likely they are not Offshore because almost every DC located in Germany have to comply with DMCA complaints.

Secondly, its up to your hosting provider's policy if they are willing to provide their clients information to authorities.

If you are so worried about the DMCA threats then buy your hosting from Russian/Sweden based hosting companies. And in NL its only Ecatel who never listen to DMCA complaints.

And, one of the easiest way also exist just follow the DMCA complaints . This would be the best of the best practice
