They are on off-shore though, what happens if they get DMCA Noticed ? What If The Web-host gave their Information to Authorities ? My Question is Will they still get Caught :O ... Rating: 5

You have max 48hrs time to remove DMCA content. If you are not removing you will be suspended,i dont think your details will be shared.
Incase you were caught, They gotta have prove that you are running. If they find you just tell some one else is using your name and address. They are not gonna have your details.
IP that someone used your IP as proxy. In India no one is gonna screw you for running warez site at off-shore.
