HyperVM XEN Issue

you sure xen kernel correctly compiled?

add 'edd=off' after kernel /xen.gz solve the issue.
example: kernel /xen.gz edd=off

Are you trying to create windows VMs on a centOS node ? and how much HDD have you got with this server ?

yes,create windows vm. 4x500gb softraid 10, total disk - 931gb. left 841gb
