web-dl=stream rip by the capper may be from the official streamer/netflix.Not true hd720p/hdtv

HDTV=capped "physically" using satellite/cable etc and uploaded either the raw file or encoded to diff format/size

HDTV>WEB-DL at similiar bitrates

HDTV is a direct rip from the TV when it airs. They usually record it.

WEB-DL is a web rip of the same show which got aried online which is usually hours after the original TV.
