Hiya guy, I am looking for a basic website to be fully designed
well the back end anyway...

so what I want is a site that looks like this (well this idea)

So yeah, that kinda idea, black background, in a grid format, as in boxes around every link etc... Silver lines


I would like an input form, a page like say 1.1.1.1/newrelease/ which is password protected and https forced which will look like this kinda thing

NFO link will be a link to a .png file I would like this to pop up above the page.

If possible, can I have the main page using HTML for the main part with other scripts (e.g. php, js) to be embedded in this, as that way I can edit it...
