Need partner for adult blog

I have the domain and hosting so you don't need to pay for anything but I don't have web skills.
I am uploader myself so not looking for uploaders.
I need some one who is expert in WordPress and its seo.
site is already made,though my friend will seo it(or maybe you'll have to do it),but if you are also expert on SEO and WP,that'll be great since you'll be doing things to bring traffic and maintain the site.
What's in it for him?
We will be sharing revenue from ads when that time comes.
ratio depends on your skills,i will prefer some one with expert skills so i wont have to keep looking for some1 else for different things
