I need help with phpBB3 mod installation

If anyone can help, i installed this mod, i had to do 3 or 4 file edits and like 1 template edit, i did them all, and the mod does not do shit all.

If anyone has any idea wtf i did wrong or misses, cause either im fucking blind as shit, or this mod is missing instructions.
