which filehost for PPD plan?

i am currently using fileserve and filesonic for PPD plan,filesonic is going well but fileserve has started dropping the stats since this month started,now stats on fileserve are one third as compared to filesonic,i started using uploading.com but their level system has no explanation,low earnings.
i use USA sborg,filejungle=fileserve so i tried filepost but their speed on usa server is just 1mb hardly otherwise its 0.5mb so which host should i try?

isnt filejungle same as fileserve?
thinking to try filejungle,upload speed was good.
