Subdomain Hosting Script Like weebly.com or ucoz.com

Well I have a web server with unlimited hosting plan with unlimited domains I want a script to use it like weebly.com, ucoz.com, wix.com which has auto subdomain creator with ftp account etc..
with registration and all stuff.I am familiar with website (html,css,php) coding languages so some one please suggest me some free or paid scripts which looks good looking also I tried iScripts demo but I want more good one which has subdomain hosting registration panel.
