i want to make a post leecher in visual basic...and grab specfic data from a remote site..in BBCODE formet

so i want to know which technology i have to used REGEX or other to grab links , images,etc

themaposter -- made by freddy

is designed in which application and in which programmimng language.
it is designed in Windows Form Application or Windows Presentation Foundation??
