    If, they complain to your ISP they can cut ur internet connection in seconds so use a vpn to download or use a seedbox on a dedi and have fun

    Where were you downloading it the music from?, torrents? P2P?
    Best to stick to just downloading from file hosting sites for the time being, or indefinitely. Unless they provide a court order to hosts such as Rapidshare, to get a list of the downloaders IPs (which would be pretty rare indeed!) you won't have any problems like this.

    I bet you downloaded a single song which linked back to them from a torrent site so when you got added as a seeder they got your IP and other info. Its pretty common.

    Stay away from the download and uploading any kind of warez.

    Also try to find another ISP if there are another one available to stop them hunting you.
