you should make more sales, to increase your efficiency., if not improve efficiency, you'll be automatically transferred to the tariff percent. You will not be able to register a new account at the same tariff

But ok, we will refund the money to the balance on Monday.
If you have large sum in balance , you can to split it into several parts (request to pay smaller amounts several times)
