    Default What do you do

    Hey,
I've been on a web host for a few days. THe owner seems great but meh....

I bought a master reseller, after a few days their has been DNS issues. The client area goes awal and rmeoved from the site, they dont login msn for 3 days, their site goes down and your site goes down with it [IDONT KNOW IF ITS A TECH ISSUE], you have no way of contacting them.
-As their is no contact you cant setup a refund.

    Do you:
1] Take the risk of it being a tech issue and just wait for them to go up. [10'ish days of being able to claim refund]
    2] Open dispute with paypal

Fuck them open a dispute, get your money back and look for a better host. This shouldn't be happening in the first place.

But I heard their is a big chance that paypal will take the sellers side on this as its a virtual thing and their tos doesnt support virtual stuff?

So if I was to open a dispute what will I say to paypal?

Open a dispute and like Flash said, that shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Edit: I read your post above mine. If anything, give it a shot.

Tell them what you are telling us. I doubt they will take the sellers side since your getting out for a reason.

Ok, But now I'm thinking if I do open a dispute and paypal says no they wont support me won't that just make the web host thiunk:

"Hmm paypal is on my side, I won't refund him even on request anymore, fuck him."

i recommend you file a dispute. Paypal does not let you file disputes with virtual items, but if you explain exactly what happens they will probably make an exception because they are ripping you off.

Also, i recommend you do what i did and use www.my365host.com

Open a dispute, tell em what you told us, and switch to another host.
