Actually, uploaded.to has suspend payments via pp, you can cancel the request in paypal and, request again from other payment method...

Where can I cancel the request ? I don't find...

Ok i don't use ul.to since very long time but the 2 last weeks i sold ~25 premium account par days and now i make ~5/6 sales per day...

There is a problem somewhere

problem is their capacity full sometimes noone can download, and users dont buy premium. 1 hour ago stats were working now they dont.

How much time I need to wait for pay? I have requested bank transfer 17th Feb.

Nobody can't answer that, but I can tell you that I requested before you and I'm still waiting since January.

Edit: First 2 weeks was paypal request which converted into 'bank transfer request', so it's still less than a month.

bank transfers can take 10 working days.
