The problem with IP spoofing is that you'll not receive the packets back, so it's essentially a one way system, a VPN would be a better choice if this is an issue

Agree with the user's above. A VPN would be a better choice to go for. Many ip changers softwares provide feature to select the country of ip, But some of those ip's are very slow and many even don't work
