Hello Have you recently downloaded any software? pertaining from inwarez? after doing some research a lot of random people have downloaded software and it has edited there

HOST file which included those ips.

Here is some stuff you might want to do

run a trendmicro log copy the details and pm me them or post them here and ill help you from there

Also just to make sure there is no other rat or some virus which is making a connection to your system download wireshark and analyze your packets and see if there is any weird incoming and outgoing connections if so go to your firewall and deny those ips be sure to do a lookup on those ips first to make sure there legit as well as see what those packets were trying to do also

As Jason here said, hosts file is simply used to manually/force point a site to a certain IP, overriding the Windows'/browser's DNS. Also used (link to a KWWH thread) when you're waiting for your nameservers to cycle.
