I want a windows vps for uploading and downloading so I need a good amount of bandwidth

Would like 100mbit connection for decent speeds

I have a regular vps right now with unmetered bw I am paying $10 per month for and i get 2-4mb/s download and 8-10 mb/s upload. So I would like a faster download speed and the upload speed is fine.

If you can stretch to $34 a month we can cater for you at OpenVServers -

1GB Ram.
120GB HDD.
100Mbps Speeds.
etc.

But for $10-$20? You are not going to get much more speed then a shared hosting package.
