After you get to grips and know how know how to post/maintain the blog, buy a domain from somewhere that allows porn (google) and get hosting from a company allowing porn and if ideally warez (mail the provider and ask them). Now just create your site. After this you can either upload your own content or set up an automatic feed from other sources
