From My experience don't even think to work with them. Stay away.
They pay when they like and don't pay when they don't like to with different excuses.

For example they delayed my payments because I didn't have enough new files in my filemanager.
The official answer was "We pay only to active uploaders".
I tried to explain them that I can't continue upload as I did a week or 2 before, because I had less free time, but they didn't care.
I'd tried to explain that I already earned that money by working hard and following the rules,
but they don't care.
Only when I managed to reach the same level of activity as before, they unfroze my 3 payments.
When I got them, I left.

If this is not a scam, I don't know how to call it.
Stay away from them, its not worse it.
And it was just 1 example.
