i am trying to implement cargo's menu in dsv4 in my testing forum

i want to remove black colour in b/w the boards and want skin jus like dsv4 except the menu

If it was his testing forum then why did he add any warez to it? Also I doubt it his testing forum as he has taken the time to add 643 apps and 844 games but then again he might have leeched them with a script.
