Encipher hasn't told me anything, I've asked a friend of mine who lives in India to contact Encipher and Encipher told him that he sent the funds for the CloudNXT affiliates. It's been over a week now and my friend hasn't received a dime. I haven't even received my payment for the services I provided, let alone the affiliate payment. CloudNXT is down too and only he has access to the servers and contact with the host, he hasn't done anything to rectify the problem. It's ridiculous that I have to wait for him to pay the affiliates.

P.S. I must admit, a wise man once said that I should not promote a file host.

He has some health issues I guess. You cant just avert them. I & many others including Hawk would agree that Encipher doesnt look like he would scam someone. Just wait for sometime, He is losing more than what you guys are losing.

How does a scammer look that differs from others?

Others have done this exact same thing here and have been removed/disciplined, why is anyone here different or exempt from uniform enforcement of the rules?

Is it ethical to ban 1 person and yet give another person more time to make good for the same issue?

He is not online(not just on KWWH but on msn or yahoo or anywhere), that is enough proof that he is off web. & I can assume he might have some big issue to handle may be health issue. Yes rules should be enforced uniformly but banning wouldnt solve anything. I would recommend to wait. At some point when I start thinking that he wont come back, I would ban him myself.

^^ WDF Yeah point being the same dam thing happened to me, And it was Encirp3r calling me a scammer over $5 which of the fact was refunded.

But anywho if he is sick hes sick nothing any of us can do, How ever as you said he does'nt seem like a person to be a scammer and i 100% agree.

How ever if staff is looking at enciph3r like this, you have to think of the people that could have been done wrong in the past.


Maybe the staff should do more research when people are called scammers, i mean im sure research is done already but still

When you run a company it is your responsibility to incorporate your self with people you can trust to take care of things if something was to happen.

Take my self for example, i trust 1only with everything i have online cause he is my partner if somthing was to happen to me he would be right there with everything i have to back me up and continue services

Exactly Dlow, my point being he has setup his businesses so he could disappear for any reason and that was the end. I could understand but this is not the first time and not the first time in 2012 either.

This situation is no different then the situation with Lokesh and Guardhost. If we treat it differently we are NOT enforcing the rules and punishments uniformly.

At some point as a member of the staff of any site you have to put your friendships aside and do the proper thing.

No matter whether he returns or not I am of the firm belief he should never be allowed to operate or advertise a business here of any short.
