Only bad if your stupid enough to use torrents (though admittedly I myself do use them on some rare occasions), what are the chances of this happening if you use warez material and newsgroups? next to none.

Not really, im part of a few private torrent groups for years, havent recieved a single complaint from anyone.

As long as your secure about it, e.g. if im using a public tracker, obviously i will use iPredator.

Obviously I was referring to public torrents, but maybe I wasn't clear on that.
