One big problem of this host is that they pay only one time in month. If they pay daily like shareflare it will be best hosting of all.

Is it just me, or there has been a dramatical drop of downloads lately?
I usually get more than 600 downloads per day, but in the last three days I've been getting only 150

No, it is not just you. It is happening with me too and the reason is that error of "No free download slots available" due to which people are forced to buy premium. Those who can afford to buy are able to download, those who can't afford they couldn't download.
I even contacted the Filefactory about it they said that it depends upon the server capacity and they can't do anything to help. They are adding more and more servers to prevent such problems in the future but still i couldn't see any progress in this work.
