18th Jun 2012, 09:16 PM #732Membernearly 1000 sent only 40 arrived
just pathetic
and me with about 4,000 to send
I may have to drop this site
I will give these clowns 48 hours. Not just to respond to my complaint, but also to completely resolve all these problems once and for all (after almost 2 months of troubles and bollocks, I fucking expect nothing less than that).
As these 48 hours are over, if the problems are still there I will also drop this site for sure. And I will give FileFactory adverse publicity wherever I go, around the Internet.

I submitted a support ticket to them and they replied that the issue was mine and their systems are "working properly"
So I gave them the link that I was trying to remote upload and they said it uploaded properly but the file never went into my files.
Glad to see that I am not insane. Maybe they are too busy counting their money to care?

Over the last days of April and the first couple of weeks of May, FF added and installed bright new servers to their server farm, to cope with that.
We are in the second half of June now: almost 2 months are passed by. Links keep dropping at random after a life span of just a week, and files need to be reupped over and over again because they keep getting lost or missing, with a failure rate around 25% (I'm not joking).
Download speeds vary too much from file to file (some files come down at full speed while others get stuck around 50-100 kp/s, even if you are a Premium member and even if you try to downoad them alone).
The success of Remote Upload and FTP is anybody's guess: files get lost in the process or they miraculously appear in the File Manager many hours later.
If they can't play the game, they better retire. And stop asking for our money.

I used to have fairly good results uploading to ftp3, but right now all four of their ftp servers are pretty much useless.

divxcentral.comIt seems they have fixed the problem, right now I am getting pretty decent upload speed from LeaseWeb NL server, up to 16 MB/s.
