Jake - Customer Support Manager replied:
Hello,
This is a quick note about your account.
As per our Fair Use Policy (http://www.filefactory.com/legal/fairusepolicy.php) we would like to advise that you are currently using a very large amount of storage space at FileFactory.com. While we do have unlimited storage, your usage is above the top 1% of users.
We would like to work with you to help you reduce the amount of storage you are consuming. We can help you remove old files / rarely accessed files / files that have never been downloaded.
For example, you can tell us to:
- remove all files older than X days / months
- remove files that have never been downloaded
- remove files that have not been downloaded since X date
or any combination of the above.
Please let us know what you would like to do!
If we do not hear back from you we may have to limit your ability to upload files until your storage is brought back down to a more reasonable level.
Thanks for using FileFactory!
If you require any further assistance, please reply to this ticket.
Kind regards,
Jake - FileFactory Customer Support Manager

Why did they delete other premium plans ? 3 month, 6 month, a year , etc. ? I Can see 2 options.
1.30 Day
2.One Day.
I can not sell premium these days.

yah well if you want storage you can just get a webspace with unlimited bandwidth storage, etc for like $7 a month. and you can then remote the files into your share accounts. and if a file-share host decides to close your account, your files are backed up.
