Access to upload files closed

Because of the irrational use of service resources , access to upload new files in your account is temporarily closed. When an increase temperature of your thermometer down to 0 degrees, access to upload will be opened.

^Just you, that happens when you upload too much but don't get enough downloads/sales and your temperature becomes zero.

if you're in PPS, you must have a lot of download, but if you're in PPD, you just need some sales to prevent temperature become 0.
