I need lowend VPS

I'm doing everything from command line, no panel.
How much RAM do I need?

because this one I have now is like this:

I don't understand how it is using 256RAM for nothing.

I was thinking around 5$ and 512RAM, but if lighttpd and debian uses less then ok. I don't need mysql.
I will need about 25GB and and up to 1TB traffic.
I guess I won't find that for 5$, but what can u offer?

RAM is the most expensive, I'm saying 512 because I see that my current VPS is using 256 doing nothing if I read that correctly.

You'll most likely not find a host who can offer that for only $5 per month, and if you do I would look for some reviews on the host as they may be overselling their servers which will cause problems.
