Ok I just send a email to Katz asking for a Rating Request and that was the reply lol, The thing is it hasn't been a week since my last Rating Request it's been nearly 2 months lol

Can I get someone with a brain to look into this

Don't question the members of Katz staff, stick to what they say. You can't just post this and think that they'll change there mind, it doesn't work like that, my friend.

A minimum of 3 months is how long you should wait before requesting another re-rate as far as I know. 2 =/= 3 so unlucky...

As Elio said email them again and tell them they made a mistake, we don't really care about your issues with the Katz team and posting an email they sent you isn't exactly the most honorable thing to do.

I bet the email you sent them to try and get an extra star is even more funny.
