Partially blocked in google!?

Hey,

I am experiencing this problem:

My site was ranked for the keywords "mediafire porn" and "alltheporn" at first page in google.
Since yesterday my site does not pop up anywhere and there is a DMCA complaint (from B*ngBros) at the bottom of search results:

I got no message in webmaster tools though.
It is saying:

"The cease-and-desist or legal threat you requested is not yet available.
Chilling Effects will post the notice after we process it."


So after this DMCA complaint it will only block sites with B*ngBros content or will it stay like this and it keeps getting blocked for keywords like "mediafire porn"?


Hope someone with knowledge can help!

yes, they can block your site like this, i mean you will be not displayed in search results for this keywords anymore, i usually had chilling effects notice after 2-3 months

Every 15 days i have a Notice in Blogger of Chilling Effects and then i Just delete that Post Simply.

My problem is that I did not get any notice and that my website got blocked for keywords which dont have anything to do with the DMCA content...

I had a DMCA complaint in the past and there was nothing blocked like this....

it took several weeks for them to process one of mine... i'd almost say like two months maybe lol

So is there any way to get my site to show up to these keywords again?
