Well, we may not know the new masked players but we could be able to recognize the support staffs:

If the support staff doesn't take shit from anybody, doesn't give a shit about anything, makes all sorts of broken promises and have a dozen or so butt-kissing minions who agree with everything he says, he might be RickyFS from the former Fileserve.

If the person takes all kinds of shit from anyone and still say thank you afterwards, he could be the dude from the former Uploadstation.

Come to think of it, whatever happened to those Fileserve support staff-wannabes - forgot his names - haven't seen them around since Fileserve jump ship and ran all the way to the Swiss banks? I wonder what they have to say about Fileserve now.....?
