Space Scared !! Helppppp

See m using windows 7 Ultimate..........i have 4 partitions..........C:Windows..........R:Movies... ..........I was falling short of space on C: (250MB left)............So i just copied and pasted 4GB videos from C: to R500MB left)........Successfully Done..........then i deleted them from C:..........Done...........After that i opened Recycle Bin to Empty it and claim that space OK...........but when i pressed deleted process starts and deleting Box appears......In between Windows got Freezed......and suddenly Blue Screen of Death Appeared........I Restarted my PC.......Now what i see is that .........C250MB left)......R500MB left.as previous)..........Opened Recycle Bin...No files there..........In C: no files there.....So Where the Hell...those Files gone.........Deleted Good........But What the hell Happened to Space?????..............how to get that???
