It's not believe me.
I once was asked to prove that I actually delivered an RDP.
I shipped them printscreens, how are you supposed delivery proof of RDP's if they don't even know what it is.

The local telephone support is stupid. They always tell you that everything will be fine but in the end it's just a game.
If you get limited, swap your IP's, read Thumpers manual on how not to get caught and open a new one. Make sure you legit bankaccounts so you can cashout after 6 months.

In the end PayPal limits everyone reaching over $1000 that is not legally registered. They are not reliable.

Now the funny thing is, there's never a problem with spending money. If your account is limited you can't do shit, but you can add funds to your accounts :-/.

Conclusion, move to AP, PayPal is just a frustrated chaotic company that is known everywhere for unfair limitations. Can you imagine that your bank decides to freeze all your funds for 6 months? Well that's what they do.
They want to be the safest one with all their limitations, but I never receive fake mails from AP, I do with PayPal. Actually PayPal is used the most for theft and fraud.
