Go for the language which can fulfill your requirement. Like if you want windows apps then go with easier one like C# or vb.net. Asking people will only confuse you. Go with the language, if you a beginner to programming, which is easier to learn. If you are interested in web development then go with PHP or Python.

It really depends on what you like. Asking people will only confuse you as a web developer will suggest a web development Lang and a software developer will suggest languages for the same.

So choose which can fulfill your needs and master it and then you can move to other languages.

I am considering .net and c++ c sharp as the best at the moment..

If you like it or not. People are starting to code windows web apps which use regular desktop coding. So basicly it would be a 50/50 web and software experience if you get good in both...

But i stick only to php cuz its simple and nothing is hard to do just patience

php is not a programming language.its a SCRIPTING language.

learn logic->c++(for its syntax)-->java for OOP and then choose what is your field and opt for a suitable language.

    For me, PHP.
I have tried them all but really PHP is the only one I have stuck at and learnt the full way through. I would recommend learning if you haven't already. Many online courses.

    Ditto with basic/visual basic.

I mean you don't give C to a n00b, and since the OP only knows HTML, he is a 100% n00b.

If you know NOTHING about programming then pascal/delphi or basic/visual basic are good starters so you can learn the fundamental principles.

Python is another good one to start on (and continue with!) and can be used on the web.
