Either phproxy or cgi proxy. Search google for either one.

PHProxy is the easiest to integrate/customize I would say.

blockscript is just a commercial layer for glype which makesure that only end users and none other access your resources...it denies requests from other proxy servers and bots most probably used to do malicious things...w''d be an added advantage but not mandatory..
