Right i've a domain ( which i won't name ).

There is a .COM site up and running from a large ( music related ) company and i grabbed the .ORG and was planning to use it and keep it semi private with download links.

Good or bad move you think?

depends if it is absolutely invitation only....and ofc, if you tell with robots.txt to google and others to not index anything at all, you are under radar...

well if the .com site is trademarked or some shit like that then it's a bad move

As long as the domain isn't trademarked, and you don't promote yourself too much, you should be fine.

Well, i just done a recheck and it is indeed trademarked.

So i'm not going forward with this, no point in it.
