    Has anyone actually bothered to contact RS or are we just making assumptions?

    Are you trying to suggest I don't have the balls to send a simple email?

    I've emailed RS in the past when I had a problem with them and they dealt with it appropriately.

    If there is still a problem in the morning and nobody has built up the courage to do it, then I will.
