    How long have you waited for a some product replacement.
    Lets say you bought a keyboard and it broke.
    Most companies will replace it for free.
    Whats the max time you have waited.

    Today i realized it has been over 4 months for my Gaming mouse.

    Wow. Getting some defective toners replaced. They're overnighting them. Longest is probably a week for a laptop.
